I asked to have the shipping stopped. It continued.

I was not allowed to return unopened packages. I have made two requests to stop at the process and both times was ignored and told that my phone requests were not logged into their system. After referencing their return policy - a "manager" agreed to take back the most recent shipment and found a note to the account that requested closure.

As a side note - the product does not live up to its claims and is not even a good moisturizer. I've used over-the-counter products that are far better than these.


This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $84. The author is overall dissatisfied with Bellalabs. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
