Bellalabs - Serum Free Trial Review

Do Not Purchase The Sample!!! This is a scam, you'll end up with huge charges on your credit card and they will claim that they can't refund your money. Not to mention that the product isn't worth the price of the box that it is shipped in. Shame on them for their deceptive marketing practices. If they had a decent product and sold it at a fair price they wouldn't have all of these angry consumers posting negative messages on the internet.

It looks like they signed you up to receive it monthly. Call them.

I'm sure you will get quick results. It happened to me. It's important to read the fine print, which I didn't. Very good customer service.

The person I spoke to was polite and very helpful. I enjoyed speaking with him.

Sounds like you work for this scam company. They are a total scam.

Inform your credit card company that you have been fraudulently charged and they will refund you. Do NOT deal with the company.

Unauthorized charge

I ordered two supposedly free products for the cost of the shipping only. They added a third product to the order without my permission. I called to complain about it and was eventually refunded $24.80, the cost of the third item which I believe was an eye serum. Today, I was notified by a daily check of my banking account that there was an additional charge of $89.95 for Glow Skin Care products, which was just another name for products Bellalabs deceptively markets. When I called to complain, I was told I had authorized this monthly payment and I only had 14 days to cancel. This charge came through on the 17th day. I advised the CSR I had no knowledge of any additional products being ordered. She then told me she'd cancel the order but I'd still be responsible for this months charge. No matter how irate I was, the CSR did not deviate from her prepared script and even told me I couldn't deny the charge because I had given permission. This company is a major rip-off and needs to be investigated for their shady business dealings. No telling how many others have been ripped off.

It seems many have been deceived by this company including myself! My story is the same.

I saw an ad pop up on my notebook while reading an article about Megan Kelly leaving her news anchor job and was going on the skin care business. I thought good for her and continued reading about the Bella Serata products which were being promoted under Megan's name. I thought better yet because there was a trial offer and I just pay the shipping charge. As I was filling out the online ordering system I got a call on the phone and to my surprise it was a rep from the company taking my order and she asked if I wanted to include some other item.

I said no and that I was going to order online. And I said I want to make sure there won't be any other charges whatsoever in the future. She said no problem I'll just be paying the shipping charge. I get the product a week or so later and I see two shipping charges for the single box with the two items I ordered under free trial.

I said no sweat I won't bother complaining about the double shipping charge. Well, here it is almost 3 weeks since the order was placed and I see charges of $84+ and $89+ on my credit card! Ok, I was duped! I made the calls and got about $50 back on my credit card.

What is our country coming to?! Are you company owners, lawyers and workers that hard up for money?!

Will see how far this scam goes before it ends up in court!! Just a hard-working senior citizen...

Guest

This is exactly what happened to me!!! Of course they said I agreed to buy all future products when I ordered the "free trial".

Only after threatening that I would call various agencies about their scam did they agree to refund me the two charges of over $80, and this took approximately an hour on the phone.

Guest

the same thing happened to me, but I can't find a contact number to call and complain/cancel so I don't get changed again. Can you provide me with the number you called?? please...

this is a horrible way to do business. I called and asked if I would be charged a price on my credit card later and they danced around the subject and kept repeating that my price was 495 and 595. Then when I got a charge on my credit card I cancelled my credit card after they gave me the money back. They will never get my money they have changed the name of the product multiple times I got something that I didn't even order. This isn't the name of the stuff I ordered. Shame on Christie Brinkley and dr. Oz they know this is a scam.

Bella Good

This product ships under Beautiful Skin PO Box 35530 St Petersburg FL 33705. The "free" trial starts the day you order and you have 14 days to cancel.

Not 14 business days, not 14 days from the day you receive the items. 14 days from day ORDERED. They then charge you almost $90 an item, enroll you in an auto renew and when you call refuse to refund your money. I'm not sure I've ever been part of a bigger scam, I haven't even had time to try it yet.

My next contact will be the Better Business Bureau but wanted to warn others. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCT

Bellalabs Free Trial Scam - CANCEL YOUR CHARGE CARD & GET NEW NUMBER ISSUED

I got caught up in this "free trial" scam also, but was able to get the issue resolved. All of the charges were reversed and Bellalabs was not able to charge me for additional products. I suggest others do the following: Contact your charge card company and request a chargeback asap (to dispute the charges you didn't authorize, or know you would incur beyond the initial, free trial shipping & handling fee.) Tell your charge card company to cancel the card number Bellalabs has on file, and request a new charge card number be issued to you. They can do this within a couple days. You should have received emails regarding the free trial order (i.e., an order confirmation email, & your order has shipped email, etc.) These emails have their contact number on them, as well as an order number you can reference. Call the contact number in your emails and ask to speak to a supervisor (if the customer service agent is uncooperative.) You need to make sure you get each (free trial) order properly cancelled by having them send you proof via a cancellation email for each product. Initially, I did speak to a very rude, surly woman that said exactly what others on this site experienced - then she hung up on me. I immediately called back and spoke with a very nice lady who talked to the supervisor. They refunded all charges and sent me cancellation emails for confirmation. My new charge card number was received within 2 days, and Bellalabs no longer had a valid card on file. Good luck to everyone!

The key to situations like this is for people to actually READ what they are signing up for and to realize that anytime you see a "free trial" or such offer, know that it is really just a scam.

I too fell for the too good to be true cream. SCAM!!!

Wasn't until that night after ordering it that I started to look into the company, and realized the product I thought I was getting was really the glow recipe from shark tank, that has a real website. This was a scam, showed up on my credit card as GUMBO cream.

That scared me enough to cancel my card since who knows who I gave it out to. When I tried to cancell my processing order they gave me some weird reason why I couldn't, and I had to call back a few days later to cancel my membership, I only knew excited because my credit card

I bought a trial size of the Bella Cream for $4.95 and was charged by 3 different companies, RHB Wellness, MDM Youthful skincare $87.35 and MDM YOUR BEST ANTIAGING $89.95. When I called to cancel, I got a smart *** who said, that's what you paid for, what you got.

A tiny sample... Come on.... In the trial there were 3 different little samples, one costs $24.95 the other $87.35 and $89.95..

Hard lesson learned.

Very deceptive! Do not order!!!

My wife ordered this product last November. Internet offer for $6.00 plus shipping. Too good to be true? Definitely!! Sent a confirmation email with shipping total invoice of $10.99. OK, I thought. item came but was not what my wife ordered. Called back and they said they did not have our account info, call back later. Huh? Then never heard from them again until a few days ago. It was in the form of another box with the same wrong item, and we did not even ask for it to be sent. My credit card bill came yesterday for two charges totaling almost $175.00! I was livid! Called their CS dept and again they said they don't know who we are call back later when their computers are "working". Called back and finally spoke to Thomas who said we never cancelled the original contract within 14 days of original order and to "read the fine print on the web site". I told him he could refund the charges or I would report them to the BBB. He stated that was my right, but it really didn't matter to him. When I tried to explain to him how this was wrong since the beginning and I never asked for this in the first place, he would not stop talking over me and getting louder and louder to try and shut me down. I would not be shut down. he finally relented and agreed to refund 50% of the charges. At this point I do not know what else to do. Too bad that people have to pray on others like this.... Beware!!

Bella Gold Serum and Moisturizer

I received an offer on the internet for Bella Gold Serum a month ago for $5.00 and got talked in to buying their moisturizer as well for a very low price. My total was to be no more than $20.00 This was an ad for Christie Brinkley products!

Now my Visa bill has arrived and I have a charge from MEC*MY BEAUTY SERUMS FOR $89.95 and another from YOURBEAUTIFULSKIN for $87.35. MY GRAND TOTAL FOR THESE WAS $177.30 !! I am almost 80 years old and living on a fixed income. Also, I would never spend that kind of money on "so called" beauty products!

Those companies should be investigated! I am willing to spend the $20.00, as agreed, even though I don't like the products.

This has happened to me as well.! It is ridiculous.

I looked very closely to see if there was some kind of statement saying I would be signed up for monthly charges.....it did not exist.

Mine was advertised as if this product was created by a doctor who was the wife of the person who initiated the creation of Google. This should be illegal!

pl call them and get the refund back.. they did the same to me 6 times..

Bella Products

BellaLabs - Bella Products

I ordered on line what I thought were trial size products of Bella Gold Serum $5.95 and Bella Gold Cream at $4.95. I received both products in a small box about two to three weeks ago.

I never tried the cream but used a little of the serum.

When I was paying my discover bill I noticed that I had been charged. $89.95 for the serum and $87.35 for the cream.

The serum was billed under Junisse Skin 866-****-**** Utah

The cream was billed under My Beauty Creams 866-805-**** CA

I did not agree to any special terms and thought I was just paying for the two products.

When I called the Utah number I was told that I would have had to cancel the order by a certain time. I was not aware of this and don't recall seeing this when I ordered. I would not have ordered these products had I known there was a stipulation. I was also told that the $4.95 and $5.95 amounts were shipping and handling charges.

Both products came in the same small box and were shipped from Salt Lake City Utah.

The package did not contain a billing statement, only a card to describe how to use the products.

I was told that they would cancel any future orders. After more protest from me they agreed to deduct $30.57 for the serum and$31.48 for the cream. The total amount of these two products was $177.30. Even though they are deducting those two amounts it still leaves me paying

$115.28. Discover Card is doing what they can to help with this problem.

I feel totally ripped off and will be reporting this company to the BBB.

Same experience here. Do not order these products.

Underhanded, sneaky, and a rip off. Might as well have Snake Oil written on bottles! I wonder if Christie Brinkley realizes she is hurting her credibility? Or maybe she is washed up and wants to rip people off.

Whatever--DO NOT SIGN UP!!! IT IS A SUBSCRIPTION, NOT A TRIAL OFFER.

I am having the same issue with this company this time its for the product junisse, they charged my card without my ok, they were suppose to refund me $200, they said it takes them 60 days to do a refund its been almost four months still no money, i've tried calling customer service and they cant find me in their system? Like wtf!

Guest

This just happened to me! I knew better but went ahead to get their "Free sample" with $2.95 shipping.

I read the entire website and there is absolutely NOTHING about future orders or charges. I had to cancel my credit card and trying to get the $89.95 charge back. This company is preying on the public and should be held accountable for scamming!

Awful... :(

This is the worst scam I have ever experienced! The customer service when I called to resolve didn't even try to act like they cared. I've been hung up on twice and one guy pretended he couldn't hear me. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. My husband ordered the trial for me trying to be sweet. He received the product on a Wednesday and was charged the very next Monday two charges totaling almost $200! It was supposed to be a 14 day trial... I never even got to use it because they said return the product unused for the refund. Bottom line Do NOT ORDER! I don't know how this is legal!

I was charged only $4.95 for S&H. I did not see the hidden message about 14 days, no refund, and they then charged me $89.95 on my account. I called to let them know I was returning the product & I wanted a refund. They told me no refunds and will not accept product back if I send it to them. I told them it has never been opened. I asked to speak with a supervisor who would not come to the phone. First they would give me $35. back, then $41.00, then $67.00 and finally after over 30 mins on the phone I received my full refund. They put you thru *** and they will not give you any information about their corporate office. I think that the victims of this scam need to get together and start a Class Action Lawsuit against this company. I know I will be reporting them to the Maryland Consumer Affairs and our Attorney General. Things like this must be stopped.

Bellalabs - Serum Free Trial Review

I ordered a free trial of your face serum and lip volume & was charged for another trial of face cream that I did not authorize. Also, the tracking information said this was in my mail box on Monday January, 23 2017 & I did not receive anything in my mail box. I called customer service and was hung up on. I called back and was told he was going to cancel my subscription, one of which I never signed up for only a trial. I want to make sure your company does not charge me for any other additional fees.

My daughter ordered the "free trial" of Bella Serata using my credit card without my permission and I wasnt aware until it came to the house and she fessed up. I called the number on the website twice and was told bella serata was not their product...theirs was lux allure and there was no record of any of my info.

Do you you still have the number you called?

These free trials are an outrageous scam. I'm sorry you were duped as well.
