Bellalabs - Put on auto ship without my consent

The number on packing list has no price and thephone number is no good. The name that came up for the number is for Mique Benitez. 18006517510. I understood that it would be 1 jar. No auto delivery ! So i have no idea how much they will debit me. But my bank says to calk them when they do and they'll take it off. I am so mad. They will not get any more of my money.
