My name is Denise alonge I got an order that I didn't authorize for 183 dollars that was charge to my acct spoke to ur third party sent back product n they will only refund me 4.95 I can be teach at 508322**** or dalonge67 I look forward to hearing from someone to tefund my money thank you

Took as trial offer that turned into nightmare of rip offs. Other product sent never signed up for.

Additional product of original offer sent but not requested. Went from minimal priced trial offer to $89 dollar junk never requested.

Never requested facial cream or any additional eye cream. Sent and charged without permission.

The worst thing about this product is the really small amount of it you actually get for your money. When no more cream would come out of the bottle, there was no way to get inside it to get all the product that the suction tube was missing.

I cracked it open with a hammer and was appalled to see how much product still remained on the sides of the plastic insert inside the plastic bottle that would never have been dispersed through the pump / suction tube - a good few tablespoons. Absolutely no way to access it unless you take a hammer and crack the top off like I did.

With a plastic tube or a jar that most creams are dispensed in, you can easily use up every last bit of it by cutting one end off the plastic tube. Just sayin!

Bella Labs is only doing what most companies are doing with these offers. I don't agree with it but I have to give them props for the products.

They have the best wrinkle cream I have ever found! It will get rid of any type of wrinkle you have. I have laugh lines, a forehead crease and a scar on my lip that all disappeared with regular use of these products. Even though their prices are a bit high they make up for it with results.

I have tried many different wrinkle products that cost much more but did not work at all. I would highly recommend that you at least give the products a good hard try before you try to send them back or get refunds.

Since 2of July I've had around 400.00 dollars taken out of my account for sample bottle having no luck talking with people

The number on packing list has no price and thephone number is no good. The name that came up for the number is for Mique Benitez.

180********. I understood that it would be 1 jar. No auto delivery ! So i have no idea how much they will debit me.

But my bank says to calk them when they do and they'll take it off.

I am so mad. They will not get any more of my money.

I can't believe I fell for this as well..... my credit card caught the first charge but when we called them the customer support gave us the the same excuses you are all speaking of.

I asked for a copy of my purchase agreement to me email but they can't produce it. I saw nothing about the continued shipments and cost of now 98$ per bottle..... I feel so foolish. Please spread the word that this is a scam...

I have cancelled my agreement but fear the nightmare is not over. They also claimed their computer was down and could not send me a cancellation verification.

This same product can be purchased on Amazon for around 30$

Trial- is an expensive one. I ordered the free trial from watching t.v.

I received another one and was charged $94.88 for another one. The product was left unopened in the package for 34 days due to Christmas and a death in the family. Not knowing that I was charged $94.88 for the product because I was so occupied with things opening in life, Bernelle, Agent #168 said, that I couldn't get a refund because I was over the 30 day refund policy. I was over it by 2 days.

They are a rip-off, and should change their policy to at least 60 days. There are sudden situation that occured in life, like a death in the family. Whose is thinking about retyrning a product for the money refund at that time. Very disapppointed.

I hope the product is at least worth it, havent even tried it yet. Think twice before buying it, and if you do order it, return as soon as possible.

I as well got sucked into this free trial purchase and believed the one fee of 4.95 $ would be the only charge for this bella cream. They forced the serum into the purchase & charged an additional $4.95 to my visa.

Yesterday an $84.94 transaction coming from LA (these imposters) was done fraudulently.

Never again am I giving my info online without verifying their validity. I'm returning this packaged lie & resolving this matter with my bank immediately!

Had exactly the same experience, several months ago. Same refund after arguing with the person I spoke to.

What I cannot understand is how or why this company continues to get away with such obvious fraud! I thought there were so-called “watchdogs”in this country that crack down on these type of illegal business practices. Let’s hope that maybe one day there will be a class action lawsuit against this greed minded, deceptive company. Apparently they think they’ve got the ace in the hole, and that they are so clever in the way they go about stealing honest peoples money.

(but I won’t hold my breath waiting for our day in court!-Lol) Let’s all just hope that “What goes around eventually comes around.

I’m really sorry to hear that more people continue to be duped by these soulless individuals. They should be renamed “Bella- Lugosi” Labs!

Back in Nov. Last year I sign up for free trial for Bella skin cream.

Received product wasn't impressed so called to cancel subscription. I had received another months supply a couple days after I had cancelled. So I called Bella customer service again and they said to return and they would refund the money they had taken from my credit card. So I did so and then notice two weeks later they had cheated another months supply.

I hadn't even received the refund from the first one I sent back. I called and they said that they will refund the money to my card. I didn't even received the second shipment and I mailed the first back. They toyed with me about the refund said they had refunded the money but they had not.

They wouldn't even listen to me after they seen on their end they had already refunded my money. I had even my credit card company call and they said that they would have to put it in review and it'd b 3 weeks. 3 $eels went by no refund. They basically stole my money and it looks like this company has stole from many more hard working people.

At the end of my battle with them before I knew there was a time period from a fraud claim with my credit card for you to file for Bella had told me that they found there mistake and it was their mistake but the company is under new management now and wouldn't be liable for the old managements mistake.

Click. Yeah pissed off like a hardass working struggling mother of 5 getting ripped off by a multimillionaire company should be.!

Can't get number to contact to cancel

Love this facial creme and now I cant find anyone who cells it. They say they cant get or out of stock.

I have tried everything and nothings as good as BELLA LABS FACIAL CREME! I am 71 years old and my face looks forty. I will not settle for any other brand.

I'm pretty upset about not being able to get this product anymore! Help!

I had gotten a free trial of your skin cream. Wasn't impressed so had cancelled my membership to receive more.

But before I could do so I had notice they had already shipped another months supply and had already had taken even the next months supply off my credit card. So when I received the product in the mail I had immediately returned product like they had instructed and they said my money would b returned. I waited and waited no refund on my card. Called to tell them and they said they refund my money and I was telling them they hadn't and they would say they were putting me through to another department but it was never answered.

Called many times and they were very rude. Once I called and told them just my area code and they said we refunded your money and wouldn't take any information from me just hung up. I even had my credit card call them with me to be put off more and more. Basically they waited till the charge was so old that the credit card company couldn't fill out a dispute order which I thought wouldn't b nessecary because I thought eventually someone would listen that they had not returned the money or ATLEAST not to my card but I was wrong.

The last call with my credit card I was basicallly told yeah we know our mistake and we didn't refund the money to right card but tough *** we are under new management so I get nothing back and they said they wouldn't even return the product or give me some kind of credit for the $195 they they had gotten off my card. I basically got robbed of my hard earned money
