Deceptive advertising and poor customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
There was an ad to order wrinkle cream for free just pay $1.95 shipping and ordering each for two products. $4 didn't sound that bad. Then, AFTER I entered all my info and hit consent, it showed it was $3.95 and was only one product, not 2 (and my bank still showed a $4.95 charge). AND I was enrolled in a monthly subscription which would be $84 a month, first month free. I DON'T THINK SO! I IMMEDIATELY called after seeing that, and of course the company was closed. So I called the next day exactly when they opened. And SURPRISE! they already shipped it (Yeah right). They wouldn't let me cancel. So my only option was to wait until I received it, and call back to get a shipping label to send it back. So I called the day I got it. And the very rude operator told me he did not believe I was told to call and get a shipping label, that I had to pay to return it. I again told him what I was told and he again said he did not believe it. He then looked up the conversation and somehow could not find it. I wonder why? Perhaps because I was right! They are a very deceiving and rude company. Do NOT buy from them!

Bella Labs ad now states $4.95 shipping for trial size. If you read the terms you would have known they automatically will bill you a monthly fee.

Trial Product Review

FYI, After I ordered the trial sample my husband got after me and told me that this was fraud and I cancelled my bank credit card right away and received a cancel notice from Bella labs 1hr after my bank contacted them. Do your research before any one tries to buy this.

OMG!!! What a scam!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I fell for the 14 day trial. I thought what the heck...I was looking for a new facial cream anyway. Well within 7 days my account was charged for 87.00. I never even got the package opened! 14 days is not 14 days. They count to 10 days from the day the postal service scans it delivered. So if you don't get home until late the day it's delivered that day counts to them as day one of the 10..... Be careful! Read everything on that web site! That one and La Cream, they are the same company. And the same scam.

Bank withdrawl

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I never authorized any withdrawl for any products. I ordered one creme which said just to pay shipping and handling which I did. It was never mentioned I would be billed for anything. I would like my account credited back immediately. I was under the assumption that the money I paid for the shipping and handling was for a trial. There was no mention online about any price or being charged for it in the future. I never would have agreed to this. Please use the debit card you had withdrawn $42 on and credit my account back. I really don't approve of this and would really not want to have to escalate this. Thank you Brenda Gubinski

Bellalabs - Free Trial Review from Buffalo, New York

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The screwed me out out almost $75, that's what happened! I'm disabled, confined to wheelchair and on a fixed income. I desperately needed a refund in order to pay for my monthly medication and the most they would offer me was a 50% refund. I emailed the corporate email address letting them know what happened. I guess I was at fault for forgetting to call back after they extended my free trial two more weeks. The extra two weeks is just a ploy to get ppl to forget about the product. That I'm sure!!

This is an Internet scam...and their manipulative ad suggests a Dr. Oz endorsement for ingredients their products don't HAVE!!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I've said it all in the headline.I was not smart (an understatement) and paid over $90 for a product that is not worth $2 and is nasty-smelling to boot. Read the very fine print and don't hit the "accept" button!! Most companies give you at least a 30 day trial period for cosmetics. This company gave me less than 10. They also claimed my package was delivered at least a week before it was and wouldn't refund my money when I complained about the incorrect "trial period." They are closely aligned (possibly even have the same owner) with Bella Labs, also based in San Diego, so stay away from that company and its products, too!!

BellaLabs - A rip-off. Always read the fine print, before you purchase these products
I read the advertisement saying it was recommended by Dr. Ox - ALL LIES. I paid $4.95 for S&H for trialing La creme and $4.95 for the Bella labs facial cream. When I received the items their literature noted my credit card was going to be charge $87.63 each and if I did not return the two items with 10 days (posted) from the date of receipt for La creme and 9 days for the Bella labs facial cream. That meant that I would have to pay $175.26 for both and every month after they would be sending me other two bottles for another $175.26 plus S&H. I immediately called their customer service cancelling my order. Then went to the UPS store to return the items. That alone cost me $22.84, totaling my cost or better my loss of $32.74. Never again ii will purchase anything online without making sure it is a free trial as they advertised. ***. a FUMING, ANNOYED, LIVID AND OUTRAGED ONLINE PURCHASER - NEVER AGAIN

Just saw charge on bank card for $87.63! I had ordered a trial for 4.98 and never received it!

Looked back on last months and saw same charge! Never received anything! Called number on bank charge and told it had been delivered by us post office! And I was out of luck!

Beware! It's a scam...

Read reviews! Product isn't even what it's advertised!

Product was purchased 01/20/2015 I received it 01/26/2015. I want to cancel and ship it back. Where do I ship it to. There is no return information. I am within my 10 day trial period! Please respond quickly...They have already tried to charge me the monies that were for a refill? I have barely started using the product and cannot ascertain if it works within their return policy agreement. I think this company should be investigated for fraud. I have filled fraud charges and will prosecute them to the full extent of the law if I do not receive my funds back!

BELLA LABS IS A SCAM!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
They supposedly are sending you a free 14 day trial (just pay shipping of $4.95). What they hide in the fine print is that if you don't call to cancel and send back the product within that same 15 days (less a few days once you consider shipping) is that you will automatically then charged $87 to your credit card! The cream smells nice but that is about it. I used it for a week and thought it was ok for the $4.95 I paid for shipping. When I called to complain the call center lady was horrible and completely rude. RUN DON'T WALK!!!!!

Belltha vista is a scam, run from them. They are big liars ,said a free trail test and just pay 4.95 for shipping and then they charged 98.42$.

To every one stay away from these cheats.

I got taken for a ride. Charged my checking account 4x more than authorized.

BIG SCAM !! Very passed!

Guest

This is definitely a scam. $4.95 turned into an additional $87 and it was deducted out of my checking account without my consent.

I am on Social Security SSI and now am unable to afford some of my medications.

This is unfair practice. MAKE IT STOP!!!

GO to a REAL cosmetic surgeon LADIES! This is a scam and does not work!
