Horrible customer service

I saw nothing regarding a 14 day trial. Nor did I see that I had to cancel within 30 days. I have been charged $84.94 on 8-3-17. I was charged again on 9-5-17 in theamount of $89.87. They are only giving giving me back the last charge of $89.87. Their rep Chad, #39, called me a LIAR as I told him I saw nothing on the ad regarding trial period or future billing. He refused to lrt me talk to a supervisor. I am appalled that HGTV Joanna Gaines would endorse this company.

I was just charged $173.00 on y cars. Received the bill today.

I called the 800 number for help and cancelled my Visa card. She told me the small fee that I paid for the small samples was if I notified them within 15 days to cancel future orders. No, I did not see this notification.

This company is a scam and there is no way to get a refund. I am out $173.00 and feel like a fool

I ordered after seeing the products as a targeted ad. I was very careful to read everything before clicking to try this, because I specifically did not want a "subscription" or commitment of any sort. Lo and behold, my bank called me about a fraudulent charge. I declined the charge and called the company. I know caveat emptor and all that, but this is disgusting. I would caution myself and everyone out there, don't fall for anything that seems to be too good to be true because it always is. I looked for the terms and conditions before I ordered this product, which was mediocre at best, and was still fooled. My bad.

bought skin cream. had 14 days to return. no name, address or phone on receipt or box. when I finally figured out a phone # I called and told them I want to return on 14th day. they just charged me. I told them I was going to c/c co.and dispute. her exact words were. "everybody disputes it and everybody loses"then she proceeded to offer me 60%off to keep it. I declined and finally got rma from her. they charged me 9.87 to ship to me, it cost me 7.40 to return. so your out 18.00 no matter what. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!! I HAVE NO IDEA IF PRODUCT WORKS OR NOT. BUT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUE CHARGE INFO, ITS GOING TO BE A HASSLE.

THIS company is fraudulent...just as others have written and try to charge you $90 for each product they send without your agreement...IF you miss the 14 day deadline that I did not even notice...luckily I called my credit card and explained the problems and they removed the charges. DO NOT GET INVOLVED with this company

BellaLabs abusing internet buyers with contracts and fine prints

BellaLabs - 877-767-**** stay away from this company - SCAM This company has adds all over facebook offering a trial for $4.95. What they forget to mention is that you are bind into a fraudulent contract, and you will be charged another $87.00 every month for the rest of your life, whether you like it or not. This is a scam and you must change your debit card number immediately to stop their charges. No other way out. They are rude. they do not give refund and their customer service is a joke. I want the banking Industry to ban their activities for life. See the contract bellow before you even attempt to get involved with them. This contract is not acceptable. Bella Serta Skin Cream I received a text from Target that ALL I had to pay was the shipping for this product of $4.94; then the NEXT day I was charged for some kind of subscription WHICH I did NOT order so I had to call them to CANCEL to have my refund of $19.98 THEN on March 20, I find a charge of $89.03 and when I call the number given I was told that I had NOT called BACK within a number of days? I held online for a Manager to have my account refunded for 30 minutes!!! This is a SCAM COMPANY!! Do NOT TRY THIS PRODUCT!! They are a total SCAM and get your card and charge you! I'm Done!

I ordered after seeing the products as a targeted ad. I was very careful to read everything before clicking to try this, because I specifically did not want a "subscription" or commitment of any sort.

Lo and behold, my bank called me about a fraudulent charge.

I declined the charge and called the company.

Total scammers. I ordered a free trial product and understood all I had to pay was cost of shipping of only of $4.95.

They charged me some other amount and I called and disputed the next day and they removed that charge. Well, a month later a $39.95 amount came out of my bank account for unauthorized charges. I called the 866-805-**** number and they told me I had an active account because I didn't call within 14 days to cancel the trial. They told me it was in the terms and agreement.

I never saw anything stating I would be charged additional money for this product which by the way is worthless. I can purchase same type of product at Walmart.

Don't order any free trial or anything from this company. They will totally rip you off!!!!!

I paid for the shipping of free samples for this skin care product. Two months later, I discovered two separate charges.

I obtained the phone numbers for these charges through my bank. WHODATIWDSKINCR - $94.90 (855) 3**-**17 GUMGUMBOEYESERU- $89.92 (877) 5**-**94 I called both numbers and they wanted me to provide my name and full address. I gave them my name but told both of them I was not comfortable giving further info, and I was joust going to report the fraudulent charges to my bank (which I did). Despite only providing my first and last name and being told they could not look up my account, within 10 minutes I received two separate emails from them claiming my orders from Bella Serata have been cancelled.

I do not have the products in my possession, and the charges are still on my account. This product has been marketed in many different ways. Some claim it is Megyn Kelly's skin care line. Another website claims it is Angelina Jolie's skin care line.

The free trial where you just pay shipping does NOT make it clear that you will be automatically charged for an outrageous amount on a monthly basis. The "terms and conditions" at the bottom of the last page that is in light grey in 4 pt type.

I order a trial set one month and charged me the next month. Then I to called to cancel my sub.. They chargered me for both skin care sets again for the next 2 months after I cancelled it. I called the number on my bank statment and said not avalible. I called my credit card to put a no use on it. I called a diffrent number online and they said they will put all the money back on and never did. Im out on more then $380. I had to close my Credit Card done. I paid for both Bellalabs cream and the Serum.

I ordered sample for $2.95. a month later I was billed $180.

I received two shipments that I didn't order.

Customer service were nasty and offered to send me one more jar FREE...they told me they have my signature on a form agreeing to this purchase.

When I asked that they send me a copy of it,they said they couldn't do that...

I am filing a complaint with NY S Attorney Generals office.

Since I never ordered this,it's amazing that they can get away with this. When I offered to mail back both pkgs immediately,they said they would not accept it.

They submitted 2 separate charges 2 weeks after my initial order because they stated I didn't reply within the 14 day trial (which is not anywhere on the invoice on my email, with no further email communications from this company). The rep stated I agreed to a 14 day trial, which I don't recall doing. I find it hard to believe that I would miss in the "fine print" that I would agree to 2 separate charges of $87.35 and 3 days prior to that for another $89.95. This company is ripping off consumers. They state I agreed to these terms, I do not recall agreeing to these terms.

When I see "No Risk Trial Offer" and similar sales phrases, I assume I get a trial product. In a moment of lapsed judgment, I hit the button for a trial offer jar of Bella Serata and paid the postage. The site was filled with colorful banners declaring "limited time offer!" "No Risk Trial!" -- you get the point. Nowhere was there a line in sight that said "if you don't return it in 14 days we bill you $90". NOWHERE. Oh yes, if you look at the bottom of page 3, in 4 pt. type in grey, you will see Terms & Conditions. If you see it, and have the time and patience after reading everything else on the site, you learn that it is a trial offer that HAS TO BE RETURNED or you are billed for it. My jar arrived with nothing inside the box indicating this. No return label, no mention of where it came from, and certainly nothing telling me that my credit card would be charged $90 if the jar isn't returned in 14 days. Fast forward...what did I just receive? Another box with another jar in it. This time something really looked fishy. The shipping slip did not have the name or address of the company. Just the words "Bill to" with my name following it. Bill to? I never ordered this jar! So I made a call to the company to find out that "Risk Free Free Trial" actually means none of that. I didn't read the tiny Terms & Conditions so I was responsible for full payment of the first jar. I will immediately return the second jar which, had NO RETURN ADDRESS on the billing statement and obviously no return label. I am not commenting on the quality of the product. You decide that for yourself. But this company is SCAMMING every woman who reads how fabulous this product is and how easy it is to get a Risk Free, Free Trial offer. They have designed it so you have to look for the Terms and Conditions, hoping we won't. Hoping we'll just keep it assuming it's a free trial offer. It isn't. It's a total SCAM SO WATCH OUT.

($30.50, + $31.48 = $61.98) Woo Hoo! I'm still out of $115.32. Probably an inferior product as to popular brands (which are cheaper as well) I could kick myself for falling for this scam. I told her the ad said it was Christie Brinkley's product, + it was false advertising. She had no response to that. Only to keep repeating that I "Should have looked @ the fine print." These greedy people w/no conscious need to be shut down! I'm sorry you had to deal w/this scam yourself. I will be contacting the BBB as well. I guess we all learned a good life lesson! -Lol!

Total scam. Beware! The websites for their product--under various names--BELLA GOLD SERUM, BELLA SERATA, BELLADERM and others--pull you in with their "RISK FREE TRIAL OFFER". And a "terms and conditions" at the bottom of the last page that is in light grey in 4 pt type. No one reads it but that's where they get you. I was billed $90 for what i thought was a Risk Free Trial Offer because no where on the website (other than in the terms and conditions which is hidden) are you told that if you don't return the product within 14 days, you're billed the full $90 and then get billed again and again as they send you the product. Customer service is spotty and they tell you you agreed to the terms and conditions. THEY GOT ME--AND IF YOU'RE READING THIS, THEY GOT YOU TOO. After doing some research it appears to be weirdly legal. But I'm on a warpath to explose them. Unacceptable consumer scam!

Same thing happened to me. Got charged $24 or so for the "free trial", then about $90 for the scam part of this deal.

I had not opened the pack at the time the second charge came through so I called the company and they agreed to take the product back. I obtained a return number, address, sent it back, tracked the package. Thought it was a done deal. Yesterday I received a message from my cc company that the charge was reapplied.

So now I will appeal again, but am with $90 worth of charges and no product. If anyone has had success in getting with these cons would love to hear.

Total BS with the "free trial" offer. I called to get a refund and the customer service rep tried to offer me discounts on future orders. I said no, I want a refund for this $90 I never agreed to pay. She kept changing what she said she could give me for a refund.

Started out with 35% but I kept complaining and ended up getting 75%. Told them they better cancel my stuff and never charge me again.

Scam using the Sharks photo and offering a free sample of serum for $4.95. Somewhere during the order there is something about a subscription and they will charge you $89.95 unless you call and cancel within 14 days. Called when I saw the $89.95 charge. Woman insisted this was communicated in emails to me. I reviewed every email I received and there is nothing. Must've been hidden in the little box of terms and conditions during the ordering process. How can this be legal? And why do they want to operate their company like this? I wouldn't buy again even if I loved the product. Don't appreciate being deceived and treated badly. I

I ordered their free trial in Nov 16 and the same time i requested them not to charge and continue repeat orders. The customer representatives said that my ac was cancelled and will not continue the order...The free trial ends in 14 days if you do not call their cs and complain that you do not happy with the products, and they charge full product price of the Trial items to your account in 14 days !!!!! how tricky they are, bcos these products are not FREE at all, further they never cancel the charges to your ac too.. In December, they have charged me 4 times for 2 products, and January 2017 as well, totaling a bill upto 531.90 (6 time charges) When i called customer service, they apologized for the mistake and said they will refund the full after they take approval from their Supervisor. but they never did so, and i contacted them again and talked to the supervisor who was very rude and said they dont have the record i advised to stop the order,(i had emails and i had contacted them over the phone 3 times in Nov to make sure they cancel the order and they confirmed it is done in their system) and he offered me only 25%of the total charges!!!! I had to contact them many times and go through a hazel to get my full refund back. please note that they say it is mentioned that they REPEAT the orders without customers request (Its funny though) in their web site under terms and conditions which was not visible anyone to read.

Deceiving and Hidden Charges in your 14-Day Trial Package

I ordered a serum for 4.95 plus shipping on my phone. Immediately they charged me close to 35.00 on my charge card.

When I called them to inquire about the charge I found out they had added another product to my order that I had not authorized. They said they would take it off but they did not and I received both products. Imagine my surprise when a month later I was charged $87.35 as a "surprise charge" since I did not cancel during the 14 day trail period.....................of which I was not aware of! And if that was not enough 4 days later I was charged another 89.95 for the other product that I did not even order.

Had I not called customer service back that day to cancel they would have continued to charge me almost $180.00 a month for these products. They did agree to give me 50% of my money back after I became irate. However it will not be credited to my charge card for another 45 days, all the while they are making interest on my money. Buyer beware!!!

This company "Bella Gold" is in the business of stealing money from its customers.............NOT selling beauty cream. I have decided that their product is not worth having to deal with such an unethical and untrustyworthy company. Dr. Oz may endorse this product....................but don't let that fool you.

I am sure he puts his mark on a lot of products without checking out their business practices. They definitely borderline on dishonesty and padding their customers orders.

This company is a thief!!! Besides the fact that they charge you upwards of $150, the product has had ZERO effect on my skin using it for almost two weeks now. The customer service is rude and god awful. DO NOT ORDER THIS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I have ordered multiple free trials from other companies in the past and I have never had a problem with cancellation in time to not be charged again. The company tried to tell my bank I marked off a box allowing for the terms. There was no box, I went back and checked. The terms is at the very very bottom of the page, a bit of a ways under the checkout button. They are sneaky and deceptive and it’s a horrible business model. The first time I called customer service the man kept repeating that there was no one other than his rude self to speak too and even if there was they would also tell me nothing could be done. I hung up and called back. Tiana was much more helpful, and almost immediately offered me a 35% discount. Even so I’m still out over $100 because the company is deceptive with its customers to make the extra dollar. I have used multiple subscription services including Fabletics, ipsy, etc. I have never had this problem before. I will never recommend not only your product, but further your business to any single person I know. I’m still in disbelief at the utter dishonestly and lack of professionalism of both your company and your customer service team. Disgusted.
