I ordered their free trial in Nov 16 and the same time i requested them not to charge and continue repeat orders. The customer representatives said that my ac was cancelled and will not continue the order...The free trial ends in 14 days if you do not call their cs and complain that you do not happy with the products, and they charge full product price of the Trial items to your account in 14 days !!!!!
how tricky they are, bcos these products are not FREE at all, further they never cancel the charges to your ac too.. In December, they have charged me 4 times for 2 products, and January 2017 as well, totaling a bill upto 531.90 (6 time charges) When i called customer service, they apologized for the mistake and said they will refund the full after they take approval from their Supervisor. but they never did so, and i contacted them again and talked to the supervisor who was very rude and said they dont have the record i advised to stop the order,(i had emails and i had contacted them over the phone 3 times in Nov to make sure they cancel the order and they confirmed it is done in their system) and he offered me only 25%of the total charges!!!!
I had to contact them many times and go through a hazel to get my full refund back. please note that they say it is mentioned that they REPEAT the orders without customers request (Its funny though) in their web site under terms and conditions which was not visible anyone to read.
