BellaLabs - I keep getting this stuff too...

I went for it, tried the "14 day trial"; received both this and the LaCreme product. I got my wires crossed, did call them WITHING the 14 day window, and saw two charges for about $87 on my account. Since I was too late, I did have to keep the products and pay for them. I just yesterday returned the second installment of BOTH products - good grief, how much of this are you supposed to use at a time?! - I won't finish the first, for at least a year. Then yesterday, I've received a THIRD bottle of the Bella Labs bottle, which I will "return to sender", after contacting them. La Creme did take me off their list to receive more product, but I forgot to call Bella. oy. I'm praying for favor, as they are about to get the second one back from me and I don't intend to pay for either.

This was made to sound like a free sample-WARNING THERE IS NOTHING FREE ABOUT THIS. TRY $180.00 A MONTH!

Do not fall for the free sample read all the small print-what a rip. I had to send it back so soon after I got it I don't even know if it works!

BellaLabs in Torrington, Connecticut - Unable to stop shipments in spite of request to do so1

I ordered the Bellalab free trial and did not care for the product. I tried to return it, but could not find a contact number. I finally did - by now another shipment had arrived for which I was being charged $87.53. I made telephone contact finally and was told to send the product back. I would have to pay a $20 restocking fee! This I heartily protested for a while until the operator relented and said I would only pay one restocking fee. Promptly after that, I received yet another shipment. American Express will credit my account following bank documentation of the charges and I have instructed them to block this account from any further attempts to draw money.

Work Hours Review

They no longer answer their phone on weekends even though they advertise weekend hours. Anyone that has a problem with them should contact the District Attorneys office in Las Vegas, Nv (the location of their corporate office) and file a complaint. That is the best way to handle it

Same issue.......$87.63 is on my bill! No refund, even though I have not opened the package!

A real rip off company!

They give you a 30 day supply, but want you to return it within 14 days of receiving it. How in the H do you know if you want it?

BellaLabs - WHAT A CON

I made the mistake of orderering what I thought was a 14 day trial, cancel if you don't want any future orders. Firstly, try getting an email through to them, no hope. I called their offices and got an answering machine - seriously. 8 hours later no return call so I called again. A very rude person informed me that I must have missed the part that said if you do not RETURN within 14 days of order you will be charged. Taking into account the length of time it took to deliver I would have only had a couple of days to try the products before returning them. The Bellalabs Cream and the La Creme Cream are horrible products. They smell like a medicated cream and leave your skin feeling dry. I talked to my credit card company to stop anymore payments being taken out and the only way to do that was to cancel my credit card and wait to be issed a new one. I took this measure having read a lot of reviews where people were still trying months later to get their money back. I wil never order anything on a trial basis again. By the way ladies look closely at the before and after pictures. Every strand of hair, make up etc. is the same but the pictures have obviously been retouched. Companies like this prey on women who want to improve their appearance and promise "look 20 years younger" yea right.

BellaLabs - Need to return product - not in writing

Ordered both La Creme and Bellalabs moisturizers. I received them and do not like the fragrance. So I called La Creme to cancel my subscription which they gladly did BUT informed me that I need to return the unused product. I asked where this was stated on their website and was told as long as they told me over the phone it was sufficient. I'm not a lawyer but I don't think this is sufficient; it should be in writing under their Terms and Conditions. Also, $87 for what they sent is insane; total ripoff whether it works or not!

BellaLabs - Survey gift is NOT--FREE

One of the gifts offered after completing some online survey was this facial cream from Bellalabs. Was supposed to pay for the $4.95 s/h and that was all I saw (didn't apparently read any really fine print). Got the product and was charged for the $4.95, didn't open the box as I planned to use it as a Christmas gift. 2 weeks later saw a charge on my account for $87.63. Called the 877# and was told that I had agreed to a 2-week trial and that since I hadn't called in that time period, the only thing the girl could do was offer to only charge me 1/2 of the original price. Tried to explain that I didn't know anything about trial period, and that I had specifically asked the phone caller from Bellalabs (who was following up on my "free gift" to see if I wanted to add another of their products to my original order) that I didn't want to be involved with a monthly purchase, and was assured that there wasn't a problem with that. THEY LIED. When I called to cancel and get a refund, was told that I hadn't complied with the terms and agreement, and that the best they could do was a discount. Told them this was unacceptable and that's I'd contact my CU to have the charge disputed. Couldn't get the girl to listen to my concerns and finally hung up on her, as my BP was skyrocketing. She called back in a few minutes to see if the call had been disconnected by accident, and MAGICALLY she found out she could refund the charge, albeit not the s/h fee. (A $5 lesson). It goes back today, and we'll see if the money shows back up in the account. I did get a confirmation of cancellation email, so I suppose I can use that to get a dispute started, if they renege on the deal. So it could have been worse, but it pissed me off enough to post this so hopefully someone else will realize before ordering from them what they are getting into.

i am having the same issue as apparently others. i ordered my "free trial" and then was informed that i must pay half the cost of the product ($50ish) or send it back and pay for the shipping.

Same for the LaCreme product i ordered with this one.

Really *** way to do business. Even if i loved the product I wouldn't order it again because of the way it was handled.
